Terms of Service

The rules of the road for RUDI workshops, membership, and digital products. Short and in plain English.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone who uses RUDI's website, registers for a workshop, joins a future membership program, or purchases any digital product.

"We" / "RUDI" refers to P&P Management Group LLC, the entity that operates RUDI: Responsible Use of Digital Intelligence.

"You" means anyone who uses our services.

Who can register

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.
  • Your account and registration are for you personally - please don't share workshop access or recordings with others.

What you're paying for

Live AI Workflow Clinic: a live training session, selected real-work breakdowns, Q&A, replay access when listed on the product page, and any included templates or notes described at purchase.

Custom AI workflow training for organizations: a custom-scoped engagement defined per contract.

We deliver what's listed on the product page at the time you purchase.

What we don't promise

  • We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or time saved. Outcomes depend on you.
  • We don't control Claude, ChatGPT, or any third-party AI tool. If they change pricing, features, or availability, our content adapts — but we can't compensate for those changes.
  • AI tools can produce wrong or surprising results. You're responsible for reviewing what AI does before using it in your work.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on workshops and membership. Email hoff@learnrudi.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms. No questions. No friction.

Custom AI workflow training for organizations follows the refund terms in the respective contract.

Intellectual property

The RUDI curriculum, workshop content, workflow templates, frameworks (Readiness Pyramid, Automation Ladder, Chat/Cowork/Code, Skills/Connectors/Plugins, Automation Equation), brand, and trademarks are owned by RUDI.

What you can do freely:

  • Use what you learn - including the templates or workflows you build during a workshop - in your own work
  • Share templates and workflows with your team and adapt them to your needs
  • Share workflows you build publicly with attribution to RUDI

What you may not do:

  • Redistribute RUDI's original curriculum, recordings, slides, or materials commercially without written permission

Code of conduct

  • Be kind. Be curious. Be honest.
  • No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Don't record other workshop attendees without their consent.
  • Don't use RUDI programs to build anything illegal, harmful, or misleading.

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these standards. Refunds for violations are at our discretion.

Workshops and live sessions

  • We do our best to deliver on the announced schedule. If a workshop must be rescheduled, we'll notify registrants by email at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
  • Recordings are typically delivered within 24 hours.
  • Technical issues happen. If you can't access a session due to our error, we'll make it right — recording, reschedule, or refund. Your choice.

Third-party integrations and social posting

RUDI may offer tools that connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other publishing services.

  • You are responsible for the content you choose to upload or publish through RUDI.
  • You authorize RUDI to use the account permissions you grant only to complete the actions you request, such as uploading a selected video, creating a draft, publishing approved content, or reading upload status.
  • Third-party platforms control their own availability, review rules, ranking, reach, account status, and terms. We don't guarantee that a platform will accept, display, recommend, or keep any post online.
  • You can revoke platform access through that platform's account settings. If you want related RUDI records removed, email hoff@learnrudi.com.

Limitation of liability

RUDI provides educational content "as is."

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Disputes

We'd prefer to resolve any issue by email first — hoff@learnrudi.com.

Any unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of Ohio and resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to existing customers. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
