Who we are

RUDI LLC is the legal entity that operates RUDI (Responsible Use of Digital Intelligence). We're based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What data we collect

Things you give us directly:

Your name and email address
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Workshop registration details (what you signed up for, when)
Any messages you send us via email or our contact form
If you connect a social account such as TikTok, the account identifiers, display information, access permissions, video files, captions, and posting status details needed to complete the action you requested

Things collected automatically:

Website analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics, including page views, traffic sources, device/browser information, and website interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to measure visits and engagement.
Stripe collects its own payment data per their privacy policy.

To deliver the workshops and services you paid for
To send you the recording, templates, and follow-up materials
To respond to requests for information and resources from RUDI
To improve our content based on what's used
To connect authorized social accounts and upload selected content to platforms such as TikTok when you ask us to
To comply with tax and legal obligations

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
Zoom — workshop hosting. See zoom.us/privacy.
Email providers — administrative and service email is sent through rudi@learnrudi.com and may use services like Resend for transactional emails.
Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
Google Analytics — website traffic and engagement measurement.
TikTok — only when you connect TikTok and request a video upload or post through RUDI. TikTok receives the video, caption, account authorization, and metadata required for that upload.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything beyond delivering what you signed up for.

The RUDI newsletter

When you join the free RUDI newsletter, we collect your email address, signup source, and record of your consent. We use these details to manage your signup and send the workplace AI news, selected RUDI Daily highlights, practical tips, and resources you requested.

Tally processes and stores newsletter signup forms on RUDI’s behalf. Its form may save an unfinished response in your browser so you can return to it later. RUDI also stores a date in your browser after a successful signup to reduce repeat invitations.

You can withdraw your signup or ask us to remove your address by emailing rudi@learnrudi.com. Newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe option.

SMS notifications and consent

RUDI operational alerts are an optional SMS program for the RUDI account owner. We collect the recipient's name, mobile number, explicit consent choice, and submission time through our SMS opt-in form. We use these records to document permission, administer agent-task and monitoring notifications, and honor opt-outs.

Tally processes and stores the opt-in form on our behalf. Twilio processes the phone numbers, message content, delivery status, and opt-out information needed to deliver and manage SMS. These providers process information to operate this service, not for their own marketing.

We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with advertisers or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Consent records are retained while the program is active and as needed afterward to document permission, honor suppression requests, or meet legal obligations. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. For questions, access, or deletion requests, email rudi@learnrudi.com. See the SMS program terms.

How long we keep it

Customer records: indefinitely while you're an active customer, or 7 years for tax records
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe
Workshop recordings: indefinitely, so members can re-watch
Connected social account records: until you disconnect the account, revoke access, or ask us to delete them, except for audit logs needed to diagnose completed uploads

Your rights

Request a copy of your data: email rudi@learnrudi.com
Request deletion: email rudi@learnrudi.com. Note: we're required to keep records of paid transactions for 7 years per IRS requirements, but we'll remove your info from all marketing systems.
Disconnect TikTok or another social account: revoke access in the platform settings and email us if you want related RUDI records deleted.
Opt out of emails: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link
Right to be informed of breaches: if your data is ever compromised, we'll notify you within 72 hours

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure website traffic and engagement. Stripe or Zoom may also set cookies during their respective interactions. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

RUDI services are intended for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to existing customers. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
