Who we are
RUDI is the brand. P&P Management Group LLC is the legal entity that operates it. We're based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What data we collect
Things you give us directly:
- Your name and email address
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Workshop registration details (what you signed up for, when)
- Any messages you send us via email or our contact form
- If you connect a social account such as TikTok, the account identifiers, display information, access permissions, video files, captions, and posting status details needed to complete the action you requested
Things collected automatically:
- Basic analytics via Vercel Analytics — page views, country, browser type. This is anonymized. No personal tracking.
- Stripe collects its own payment data per their privacy policy.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the workshops and services you paid for
- To send you the recording, templates, and follow-up materials
- To send occasional emails about new RUDI programs — you can unsubscribe anytime
- To improve our content based on what's used
- To connect authorized social accounts and upload selected content to platforms such as TikTok when you ask us to
- To comply with tax and legal obligations
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Zoom — workshop hosting. See zoom.us/privacy.
- Email providers — currently sending from hoff@learnrudi.com via Gmail and may use services like Resend for transactional emails.
- Vercel — website hosting and anonymized analytics.
- TikTok — only when you connect TikTok and request a video upload or post through RUDI. TikTok receives the video, caption, account authorization, and metadata required for that upload.
We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything beyond delivering what you signed up for.
How long we keep it
- Customer records: indefinitely while you're an active customer, or 7 years for tax records
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Workshop recordings: indefinitely, so members can re-watch
- Connected social account records: until you disconnect the account, revoke access, or ask us to delete them, except for audit logs needed to diagnose completed uploads
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data: email hoff@learnrudi.com
- Request deletion: email hoff@learnrudi.com. Note: we're required to keep records of paid transactions for 7 years per IRS requirements, but we'll remove your info from all marketing systems.
- Disconnect TikTok or another social account: revoke access in the platform settings and email us if you want related RUDI records deleted.
- Opt out of emails: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link
- Right to be informed of breaches: if your data is ever compromised, we'll notify you within 72 hours
Cookies
We use minimal cookies: Vercel Analytics (anonymized), and any cookies Stripe or Zoom set during their respective interactions. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking pixels.
Children
RUDI services are intended for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to existing customers. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
