Readiness
Understand where the organization is.
ExploreAbout RUDI
RUDI helps organizations and people prepare for, adopt, and implement AI effectively, responsibly, and humanely.
What RUDI is
At the organizational level: strategy, workflows, technology, governance, capability, adoption, and implementation. At the individual level: understanding, judgment, skills, work design, responsibility, and agency.
RUDI uses training where it builds capability. But training sits inside a larger transformation that begins with readiness and connects to strategy, adoption, implementation, and measurement.
RUDI examines how AI affects people, work, decisions, relationships, roles, information, institutions, and accountability—not only which features a tool provides.
The goal is not dependence on an outside advisor. It is an organization better able to understand, decide, enable, implement, govern, and learn.
What we do
Five connected disciplines, held together by a human-centered, responsible, governed approach.
Experience
RUDI’s public evidence spans 15+ engagements across education, professional services, workforce, logistics, built environment, philanthropy and community, and state government.
