We partner with state coordination hubs to deliver AI readiness across NSF TechAccess channels — with a literacy-to-fluency framework that maps directly to NSF's own definition of AI-Ready.
The Program
One Coordination Hub per state, DC, and territory — up to 56 total awards nationwide.
Ten states selected in Round 1. Full proposal due 30 days after the letter of intent deadline.
One lead organization per state. Named partners required, with Letters of Collaboration submitted at the full proposal stage.

RUDI's literacy → proficiency → fluency curriculum matches NSF's own definition of AI-Ready. 30-Point Framework. TechCred-eligible in Ohio. Stackable credentials from foundation through Applied AI through AI Agents & Workflows. Aligned to DOL AI Literacy Framework, WIOA, and Perkins V.
RUDI's Deployment Toolkit scales one coach to serve 3× more organizations. Proven across education, enterprise, and built environment. Assessment, tool selection, implementation, and post-deployment support. Serves SMBs, nonprofits, and public-serving organizations.
RUDI partners with platform vendors or university IT to lead taxonomy, curriculum integration, and content curation for statewide AI resource navigators. We don't build the platform — we make sure it works.
